Thank you for your comments. Hunter to say we "will not answer the phone or respond to emails" is just not true. While wait times are frankly unacceptably long we do get to everyone and our reps give the best answers possible with the information they can garner. If you want to leave your pro # we will try and get you additional information. We value our customers and consignees and do our best to meet the needs of all involved in the shipping process.

Late on delivery and WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. Tried calling multiple times and never answered. Said my shipment was delivered but still never received

The driver didnt bring the proper equipment to unload the freight, so he just left? Very rude to my mother in law as he drove off.
