Website was very misleading, for such experience I would have expected a lot better, the lady was pretty rude, didn't say a word throughout with a grumpy face. I suppose you get what you pay for? Made me feel unwelcome, would not recommend.

I went to Natural Beauty for a wax. The woman who came to the door was cold, stern and seemed miserable/cross. She did little to put me at ease as a first time customer. The wax itself was one of the worst I have had as she kept going over the same areas again and again, only removing a tiny bit of hair each time, so it was long and painful. The first hint of a smile was when she asked for payment. I will not be returning and would recommend others to AVOID!

Been to a lot of different places, tried everything when it comes to hair removal! Im absolutely over the moon with my results with the tea tree wax and the gentle approach in which the beautician had. Finally found someone and somewhere that doesnt irritate my skin or make me feel rushed.

I am sorry if the client's expectations were not met on this occasion. To address the points made; In order for the treatment to be effective, a fine balance between time and current must be met in order for the hair to slide out and not be plucked. The client questioned the length of time I was using and I lowered it as much as possible without having to turn the current up. Occasionally a client's expectation of comfort does not align itself to an effective treatment. On the day of the treatment I was slower than usual as I had a problem with my magnifier steaming up. I explained this to the client and offered extra time at no extra cost, but the client chose not to take this up. During the treatment the client was impatient and kept checking her phone which was distracting and created a tension which did not help. I successfully removed most of the hairs and the cost was 13.50. The client received the appropriate aftercare guidance. As a certified professional with 20 years of experience in Electrolysis, I take pride in the thoroughness of my work and will continue to do so. Thank you, Liz Natural Beauty

Wouldnt recommend for electrolysis - Very slow, heavy handed, no flexibility in terms of the method she used to what I wouldve been comfortable with. Didnt feel comfortable or happy to continue the session until the end so stopped it half way. Wasnt worth the money & time spent, compared to my previous experience. Response to Natural Beauty Reply: Your response is a lot of blame on me rather than accepting your customer service was not 100% that day. I kept checking my phone because I was keeping tab on how much time you were wasting with the magnifier, and ended the session early because you were heavy handed on my neck & kept poking me with the needle just to get one hair. As someone who has been using electrolysis as a preferred method of hair removal I know what to expect and how the treatment works and this just wasnt good enough unfortunately, and ultimately as a customer I had a bad experience and left your home upset and disappointed, to the point where I would rather travel hours back home to go to my regular beautician. Reflecting on this and thinking about how to improve for next time would be more productive for you at this point, just because youve been qualified for 20years, doesnt mean youve keep up with the industry for 20years, hopefully your other services are better but just not for me.
