It is very unfortunate that this is her perspective however inaccurate it may be. We've done everything we could do to accommodate her and her co-purchaser in spite of being insulted and cursed at by them . We are very proud of our reputation and work very hard to maintain an A + rating with the better business bureau. Our goal is to build a long term relationship with our customers and earn their business again and again and we have had success with that goal.We have not had too many people we would not want to do business with again , but their is a first for everything and this is that time. SO SELLERS BEWARE !

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have had nothing but problems with this dealer. We purchased a Car from them in late October and within the first 3 days we had problems with the car (it wouldn't start), when we called to see what they could do, they said they couldn't do anything, so we asked to get our check back and return the car when we were told that they "are not Walmart we don't have a return service" and then told us that they could buy it back from us but they wouldn't give us as much as we paid for it 3 days before! This is now 2 months later and we are still having problems with this car. I would absolutely never recommend going here! Edit: yes we did get very upset and rude with these people AFTER we had our car for 3 days and it was already having problems and we were told by the owner that it was our problem. So I'm very curious to know what your referring to when you say you tried to help us in anyway you could? Because I recal getting a slap in the face from everyone we came in contact with. We are now onto month 3 and it has been in the shop for the past 4 and a half weeks. They sold us a car that they knew had problems. That's the take away here, we have put an extra $2,000 into repairs since we bought this car, 3 months ago! And as someone who works for a financial institution and sends buyers to dealers all day long I will make sure to mention my situation and the horrendous customer service to any interested buyer I come in contact with, as well as inform my friends and family. looks like it's gonna be a busy Friday!

Buyers beware of this used car dealership. I purchased a Jeep from this dealership 2 months ago. When I initially arrived to test drive this Jeep A woman came out of the building to speak with me I told her I was interested in the Jeep and would like to test drive it.The first question out of her mouth was do you have any financing set up? I stated not yet because why in the world would annoying go apply for financing for a vehicle they never drove. She then stated to me that they really don't like letting people test drive this Jeep and they wanted to keep the miles down? Long story short I ended up purchasing the Jeep not even a week later I discovered that it shakes violently at highway speeds. Must I add they had to have known about the problem because they tried to replace the steering stabilizer with a brand new one which obviously didn't fix this problem. A month later the check engine light came on the Jeep and the catalytic converter went out and there is a hole in the muffler. This is a shady business. Last thing I will mention is while I was sitting at this dealership signing paper work a man pulled up (they stated he had previously checked this Jeep out two times). Before the man could get out of his car the same woman who told me they didn't like people test driving ran outside and stopped him from coming in. The reason she said she stopped him from coming in is because he really wanted the Jeep and didn't want him to come in and cause any trouble. Now that I think about it this man probably knew about all the problems with the Jeep and showed up to see if they had fixed any of them so that he could purchase it. P.S. They get their good reviews by offering to fill your tank up before you leave the lot. so all these people are posting right after they bought their vehicle to get gas. Unlike me I turned it down for reasons like this

Dan at Driver Seat Auto Sales was great. Very helpful and easy with which to work. Went above and beyond even with minor details to make sure I was driving away in a nice truck. Made all things right for us and we would certainly go through him again.

BUYERS BEWARE. Buyers should always beware in every situation. YOU ARE BOLD FACE LYING. We messed up the upper & lower ball joints is completely untrue. You making some very strong accusations with no facts to support what you are saying. I don't know how it is even possible to mess ball joints up ??? We were never even contacted about ball joints. So their is no way we refused to repair them. As far as the death wobble goes it is a very common issue with Jeep Wrangler's. I thought we repaired the issue because it didn't do it on the test drive , and after the paperwork was completed it was brought to my attention that we hadn't I then made you aware of the issue. So please forgive me for my mistake ? I'am sorry. I thought we handled it a lot better than one star considering we came and picked it up from your house and then delivered back so it was of no inconvenience to you. We replaced the steering stabilizer and track bar which solved the death wobble at the time. I even left a voicemail confirming it was fixed and no response from you. Now hear we are several months later and it's doing it again and your blaming us for messing up you ball joints. Even if the ball joints are in need of repair at this time their is no way it should cost anywhere near $2,482.00 unless they are 24kt gold or you are being ripped off. BEWARE Sells vehicles with RECALLS !!! BEWARE......both airbags had recalls on a 16 thousand dollar Jeep they sold with the death wobbles....informed about death wobbles after paid and handed keys...in trying to repair death wobbles they messed up upper and lower ball joints, in which refuse to repair ...stud also broken on back tire, etc 2582 mores dollars to repair with extended warranty they also sold us......
