Tomas, I am sorry you were disappointed in our rental/screening process. We do process all applications fairly and considerately. Although, credit is crucial and not just based off a simple FICO score, I would be happy to have a manager reach out to you if you were not satisfied but please note when posting a review, one is sufficient. Incompetent agency said they'd get back to me in 2-3 bussiness days after applying to rent a house. 7 days later I emailed them only to find out they missplaced sensitive documents I dropped off in person. They went with another application in that time again leaving me in the dark as my understanding was that the house was to be taken off the market while they reviewed my application. Shady and unprofessional, stay away!

Dustin- We feel that one review is sufficient from your household. Our staff has tried to settle this with you and your roommates in many different ways but you continue to want to slander Triumph on negative reviews which I believe is truly unprofessional. Scammers. They take forever to do literally anything. Left me with no ac for 6 days in the dead of summer and now my driveway and street are sinking. They've been sinking since August and triumph continually does nothing about it. I am not slandering you slander would imply j am not telling the truth. You have continually been UNPROFESSIONAL by ignoring us or taking far longer than needed tk solve an issue. I look forward to never having to deal with this inept group of people ever again.

Glad that my agent helped me find an apartment handled by Triumph Property Management. The apartment is on a fairly good condition as well as the pricing, given that the market is really on the high side right now. I also appreciate the assistance given by Corinne as she made the entire process easy for me. I was able to sign the lease in my Las Vegas apartment even though I was still in Manila, Philippines. She acted on couple of my requests as quickly as possible. My apartment is ready for move-in even before my flight back to the US.

I applied for a property with this company and it was by far the worst experience. I have ever had it was shocking because most property management companies ignore you AFTER you sign the lease but trying to contact them and in the rare chance you get them they leave you with no answers or updates. The total process that they claim takes 3 business days took us approximately 10 business days. We had to get a extension on our current lease because of them. In the end we got approved which would have initially been a exciting thing. However the experience and lack of professionalism just did not sit well with us. We had the funds and showed it, we had the income and showed it, perfect rental record always paying rent early and mind you the rent for the place we applied was less then we paid for our past two places and we had credit scores over 700. So this is not a review over being angry we did not get accepted. I try not to judge places on reviews but I really wish I listened to some of the bad ones. Almost all of there good reviews are bribed and paid for because once you sign the lease they give you a free Alexa to entice you. Of course people who just signed the lease are gonna leave positive reviews other wise they wouldn't have signed. Listen to the negative reviews because this time they are 100% accurate. I could only imagine the frustration of dealing with them upon move out and fighting for the security deposit. Let alone if I ever needed something fixed in the house. They literally have a check box pretty much begging you not to dispute the application fee with your bank/credit card, I now know why. Seriously avoid this company even if the house is your dream home it is not worth it, there is nicer places out there and they are worth waiting for to avoid this company, you will not regret it.
