They sound pretty good before you become a client, but once you are the service becomes a lot worse. I am trying to disolve my business with them right now and they are dragging out the process, especially dealing with their tax department. Sometimes you get some one that is helpful and knows what they are talking about, but just wait a few weeks and they'll assign you to someone new who does not and does not communicate with anyone else on their team.

A great use of time! On a beautiful Saturday, I've learned more than I imagined regarding business entities, taxes and a completely new way to view my home office that blew me away..... Wow. Thanks for sharing the knowledge!
Gave me a good overview of what I was wanting to know. One suggestion would be to spend more time on the "nuts and bolts" of setting up a non-profit. Who, what, when, where, why, how much kinds of things. There was a lot of information that did not really relate to someone just wanting to get started in setting up a 501c3. Covering a lot of the basics for beginners would be helpful. Again, thanks for providing this forum and time given to all of us.
