I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever with any car dealership. I gave my car 2months back for some repair, I still havent received it back. All I have been hearing from them are some excuses that they dont have parts in their inventory. Management doesnt care about the customers at all. Extremely disappointing. Please dont go to them for any service or repair work.
Sewell Land Rover is the WORST SERVICE COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I brought my Land Rover in because the service light came on. After having the vehicle for 2 week and $4,700.00 I received a text saying it was ready to be picked up. After driving the vehicle for 1 day the service light came on. I scheduled to drop it off on Saturday morning thinking it would be an easy reset. I was very wrong! I had no response fro Sewell service department for a week. I called repeatedly being promised a call back. After another week I final receive a text saying they were checking the work that was done and they needed a special tool that they were waiting on. Another 4 days went by and finally received a call saying there were 2 options available. They needed to do a chemical treatment to remove the sludge build up but were not sure it would solve he problem. The other option was to replace the entire engine. My response was this was supposedly already done and payed for. The service manager said I will look into it and see what I can do. 3 days later I receive a text that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. No followup call, no explanation of what they will do and the service light is still on. To top it off some of the same parts were replaced 18 months earlier. I will never buy another Land Rover again and never do any business with Sewell! I am trading my Land Rover in as soon as I can find someone to take it! Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After being shunned at the downtown Austin Land Rover when attempting to have a check engine light addressed, I drove up to Sewell to see if they would be willing/could help. I didnt have an appointment. It didnt matter. They greeted me with the same kindness as always and ran diagnostics on my LR2. The problem was identified and repaired in 2 hours time. This is the Land Rover community you deserve and should want to be a part of !
Good customer service until you need a part or to schedule service. I tried calling for an entire day without any luck of someone actually answering the phone. So i called back asking for a manager and the girl just replied that he is busy you can try back another day. Won't take my rover back to them again!
