Hi Valeriy - I am sorry for the communication issues. We are operating at 50% capacity and demand for our product is up 300% - in other words, we are overwhelmed. I have been texting either you or your husband regarding the music issue since Wednesday of this week, 1 day after delivery. We are correcting the issue today with Wesley going out there. Our phones are admittingly bad right now for service because everyone is remote, and it is difficult to route it properly. I am sorry for the confusion, but we are fixing your issue within 2 days of reporting it.

We purchased our Hot Springs Grandee a week ago. The spa itself gets five stars. Definitely! Cole, our sales guy, gets only two stars. Let me explain myself. He knows the product, very friendly and accommodating. He also was able to give us good discount. But!!! He sold us our spa and forgot about us completely. I tried to contact him via texts, calls, and emails without any success. We are having some problems with our speakers, and I have been trying to contact him asking who should I call/contact to solve our problem. He is just ignoring me. Nothing from him. This is very disrespectful mister Cole. Not following up at all. This is why he gets only two stars. Doris is amazing. She was responsible for delivery of our spa. Everything went smoothly. There were some minor issues, but she handled that well. In fact, she did her best trying to address my speakers concern. She gets five stars. Creative Energy customer service is my worst experience ever. As I mentioned, our speakers don't work. I have contacted a few people so far without any success. Couple of them called me saying not to worry because someone will help me. When I ask them specific questions about how soon it will be fixed, who will come, will they call me; nobody has an answer for me. Once again, it is very disrespectful. I understand current situation with COVID-19, but at least call me and clearly explain what is going on. Only one star to costumer service. Finally, we are very happy with our fresh water salt system Grandee spa. We are not happy though with Creative energy. If you would decide to purchase hot springs spa, try different companies before you make your final decision. Thank you, Valeriy
MINUS ZERO STARS. Creative Energy has been nothing but a disappointment. The turnover of repair personnel and their sheer INCOMPETENCE cost me over $4000 for an endless chain of problems. Management refused to intervene and was less helpful than the hack technicians they sent to repair my Hot Springs hot tub over five costly visits. DO NOT USE CREATIVE ENERGY!! They are DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT!!!! My next step would have been small claims court - spare yourself the agony.
We ordered our hot tub and outside fireplace in early July 2020 and was told 12 weeks delivery due to COVID. Its been 20 weeks and they told us, it might be 28 weeks. We call at least every other week and the customer service is critically lacking. No follow up unless we phone and and go directly to the sales person. Customer service will not back. Still no delivery date.
