Ive bought Harleys from about 1 dozen dealers through my life and have never experienced such poor customer service. First off Brandy, Will and Rosco are great. Heres the problem. Over the last 9 months I have bought two bikes there. First was 2013 Heritage. When I got home I notice oil all over outside the oil tank. When I checked it (at operating temperature) come to find out it was over filled by more than one quart. I called them and all they said was sorry. Ok I can see one time mistake. We all make mistakes. This last Saturday I bought 2016 Road king. Got most of the way home and started smelling burning oil smell. Come to find out the dip stick to transmission was loose and transmission fluid was spewing out onto the motor and exhaust. I went to Autozone and purchased 3/8 Allen wrench set to fix Bergen County Harleys mistake. Then I was curious about oil level. Sure enough 12oz over filled. You cant trust them. When a Harley has to much oil it puts the excess back into the intake and clogged up air filter and some of it can make it to the top of the pistons which is very bad. Adam at Bergen County Harley didnt offer to fix the problem by paying for wrenchs and sending air filter which would have been the bare min most dealers would do. On top of it the rear tire is more than 5 years old, is down to 2/32 to the wear bar and has a slice in it. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT NOT RECOMMEND BERGEN COUNTY HARLEY

I would definitely give this Harley dealership a 5 star on service. I purchased the $1800 maintenance program on my street glide when I bought it.. My wife and I decided to relocate to SC a yr later. I called to see if I can get a refund or have it transferred over to another dealership or just something and my answer was sorry we don't give refunds or anything else. So my there goes about $1500 or more... I'm really disappointed in this place. I will never do that again.. My advice is don't ever buy the pre paid maintenance program from this place.

I just purchased my Harley in August and the entire Harley Family treated me just like that, family. Rosco was very knowledgeable and helped me picked the perfect pre-owned Harley for me. I chose a 2018 Iron 1200 and I absolutely love how she ROARS! Unfortunately I took spill after a rain storm I brought my bike in for an accident estimate. Ryan was very patient and walked me thru every detail of my repair and even gave me some great reccomenation on some upgrades. That's where Sergio came in clutch! Sergio worked his magic and got me some great parts even when I thought they would be ok back order. Finally I have to say thank you to Eddie my bike tech, as soon as my parts were in, my bike was ready just as quickly! Thanks again to the entire team for making this such a painless experience.

Disappointed. Walked around for eight minutes not one person asked me if I needed any help and no prices on motorcycles. All clothes hats jackets etc. nothing made in USA. I guess its not the same Harley Davidson I remember. Ill stick with my old Harley
