WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! they gave me all their spill about the products I needed... all that time there was an old man sitting behind us (the consultant and myself) It felt pretty uncomfortable, since he was listening to our conversation the entire time ... After she went over every single product they had, she recommended three in particular, which she explained were ALL sold individually... the consultant stated, all three used together worked faster, but if I only used one or two it would still work but slower,,, I told her I wanted to purchase 2 out of the 3 products she was recommending, and thats when the Old man interrupted and said my products only work if you use them together, if you dont take all three I will not sell you ANYTHING, its that simple (in a very demanding tone) ... I asked him if he was the owner to which he replied YES... I then asked why in the world would you have your employees offer them as individuals and not as a package if his goal is to sell them together, and he said the individuals are so you can purchase if you run out of one .... so my next question is: DOES YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY WORK? Or do we have to keep on purchasing them forever? I guess thats how he keeps his business running, not really focused on his clients well-being but his own wallet... I feel bad for their employees having to deal with this old man everyday ... At that point I said Im not going to purchase anything, which in turn he said it doesnt matter to me, I dont need you, your skin problem is never going to get better without my products LOL!!! How rude... Old man, you just lost a lifetime client,, which in turn I say a mil thanks for not letting me do business with you.. Tú te lo pierdes y yo me lo ahorro ... quédese con sus cremas .. Word of advice: the worst thing you can do is force someone do something they dont want to, especially if they are clients.. ,, I easily wouldve gone back and purchase the third lotion if I didnt see result with the two Other ones,, PERDIÓ LO MÁS POR LO MENOS ...
