Do not shop here. Workers and owner are very ignorant. I wish Beaty Ones still had its original owners. That was the best beauty supply by the Dan Ryan

I would never spend my money here again! The employees were extremely rude, inconsiderate and not very knowledgeable. One of the rude female workers in the wig section was arguing with a customer, that was very unprofessional. FYI - If you are purchasing a wig, you can only try on one wig per visit, meaning if you see several styles that you like, you can only try on one wig that day, you would have to go back each day to try on one of the other wigs you like and the worst of it all is that they DON'T sanitize the wigs after someone has tried it on. During my visit several people tried on wigs and afterwards the wigs were carefully placed back on display without disinfecting. This is by far the WORST beauty supply store I've ever been and I would never go back!

I use to shop here all the time because of the convenience of parking and close to home. However while shopping on my last visit I tried to grab my hair I wanted to purchase but found out it was locked up. Every item in store is behind a lock. I don't really blame them I know people steal.. but its inconvenient to have to go find what items you want, then look for someone that works there, and they are never nearby. Just to unlock my hair and lashes then to top it all off, he keeps my items behind the counter while I wait in line . So finally I'm next I GET to the counter and she doesn't know what items where mine.. at this point , I forgot. So yeah not me.. never again. Waist of time I was mad asl. I never got my hair. I ended up going a little ways back to the other beauty supply in the middle of the mall , and they had a sale on my hair ...smh
