They have had my friends bike since December after a crash in November. They were paid for the repairs by the insurance company in January. He still hasn't got his bike back. They haven't even had it on the table yet. He keeps contacting them in person and all he gets is excuse after excuse. The worst part the bike was bought there. Think about this place before you take your baby here !!!

Just spoke on the phone with the service department and they said they dont work on older harleys. Mind you i have a 2001 harley roadking. Didn't know 20 years was too much for a harley motorcycle dealer to work on their own product. On top of this dave was extrememly rude and continued to interrupt and try to talk over me, highly unprofessional i would not recommend this store to anyone! If i could give 0 stars i would for how awful customer service is at this establishment.
