Hi Joshua, We thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not have a record of selling you a vehicle. We kindly ask customers if they have an issue to come to us to see if we can accomodate their request. We are very competitive with our prices and offer a great and complete product that people desire. We are very good with taking care of our customer warranty needs as long as they fall within the warranty guidelines. We strictly adhere to the guidelines and promptly fix any concerns that a customer may have so that you may have the best experience possible. It is expected that our customers are aware that if an issue falls out of the warranty period, it is the responsibility for the customer to fix it, as is pertaining to NYS guidelines. We do offer extended warranties and strongly encourage customers to purchase them. Again, it is up to the customer to make that decision. We have each car NYS inspected and offer a warranty at our cost, after that point, the customer is responsible for maintaining the car. We do not appreciate the slander of the business or the business owner with false allegations or unwarranted opinions. We operate in a respectful manner and with integrity. We're sorry if someone you know may have bought a car and has had issues with it 6+ months after the warranty period expired. We encourage all our customers to see us as soon as possible if an issue arises. We would be more than willing to discuss options available. Regards, Steadfast Auto Sales, LLC.

The owner is a tool and a crook. Tried to sell me his wifes old bmw which looked nice, but had well over 200,000 miles on it for over 8-9 grand, depending on if i brought cash or not. My brother worked for him, and never got paid, and said when they would go to the auction to get cars, he would choose cars that were high miles and cheap for him to buy, and then sell them back at really high prices. My other brother bought a bmw 528i, and the car is a pile. Abs sensor was cut, and electrical problems here and there, and now the transmission is going out. The car has been tampered with, and we only find out after something goes wrong, and i have to go in and fix it. Brother tried taking the car back, but he wont take it back. Also look at a trailblazer on the lot, and saw some interior pieces missing, he said he had to put them back in. Which knowing hos reputation, makes me wonder what he did to the truck. DO NOT BUY!!!! they only look pretty from the outside. MANY other people has said he is a crook. I even heard he lost his dealer license at one point for scams. DONT TRUST STEADFAST!!!! Negative stars if i could!!!!!
Hi Steve we understand your concerns. Being a high performance turbo car it does take someone who knows how to drive manual to not wear out the clutch. Your son bought it to use as a pizza delivery driver as well, so not only is he using it for commercial use, but in repetitive stop and go situations where the clutch will take the most abuse especially with a new teenage driver. Even though the clutch is a wear item and is not covered by any warranty, we did still go half with you. We hope all the best for you, your son, and your new car.

Well, what a one week nightmare. My son bought a mini cooper from steadfast. 2 days later, clutch went . Not covered, they told me. To this day, they still have not picked the car up. I have to pay half to have the clutch fixed. Their mailbox is full. I can't leave a message. They don't call back.
I am very pleased to write an updated review... as of today... i have my car back and everything has been fixed.... Ricky reached out to me and wanted to work things out and fix what he could. Most of the cost were covered by the owner, I appreciate all your help and fast customer service. I'm glad things worked out for the better... Respectfully, Diamond

Steadfast is great place for people who are establishing credit or repairing it. It is a positive Christian atmosphere and they treat everyone like a life long friend. When purchasing a vehicle from them, they were able to meet our payment budget. After having a great experience, we continue to recommend this place to our friends and family.
Hi John, we're sorry to hear you're having problems with your Honda. We understand things do happen and we do our best to help anyone we can with things that are within our control. Sometimes there are things that are out of our control, such as this. We never made the car, that was Honda, nor did we own it for twelve years and put hundreds of thousands of miles on it. We sell cars in New York which has the strictest inspection standards than any of the 50 states, even stricter standards than California. So everything gets looked over with a fine tooth comb. Also, as a dealer we don't take any short cuts. If we can foresee a vehicle needing work in the near future we have that work completed at the time of sale. If there was an issue at the time of sale, don't you think it would have been taken care of? There's a lot of things you mentioned in your post that are not accurate. First off, we never spoke to you. Your wife called in and we spoke to her. She was very understanding and we tried to direct her in how to fix your issue. We stayed on the phone to answer any questions she had. We were and are always respectful, so your statements against our integrity are false. Second, you are not the owner of the car and neither is your wife. The vehicle was sold, registered, and insured to someone entirely different, so don't sign off as if you're the owner. Third, the owner has had the car for 18 months, there is some responsibility that needs to be taken as the owner of the vehicle, such as living in the northeast and taking preventative measures with a high mileage used vehicle against all the salt that is put on the roads every winter, such as rust proofing, undercoating, or getting an undercarriage wash after every major snow storm. That's what we do with our own personal vehicles when we drive them in the winter. Moving forward, if there is anything we can do to help that is within our control you can give us a call anytime ---> 518-336-5777

If i could give no stars i would have. Sold me a car with a rotted frame. Knowing i had a family getting into that hunk of junk every day. Went to take it for an inspection, the frame was so rotted that the car started to bend on the lift. Called them up and he told me to have it welded WHEN THE WHOLE FRAME WAS SHOT! This is the high quality of vehicles that they sell. I had the car for less then a year! I understand how this could happen, but they were totally unwilling to help at all. I was pretty much told it was my fault. Dont let the Cross in the name fool you. No difference here then a snake oil salesman. Even the finace company told me to STAY AWAY from these guys....thats a bold starment. BUYER BEWARE! We tried to work with these people in any way we can, knowing they have a business to run, understanding that things do happen....told us to hit the road! Only time they were nice is when we handed them our money, thats it!
