When we built the house, you can't just call and ask general questions, it has to be specific appointment with a specific person. Once you got your house built, later on down the road if you see that information on Zillow or Realtor.com on your property is questionable which could affect your property value, you can't get in contact with the builder for anything either. You call them on the phone and the automated answering will just pass you around. You can leave a message to a specific person but you will not get any response back. You can email your specific questions to the particular person based off the phone directory that the automated answering gave, but they will not reply to your email. They expect you to make the hour drive to their office just so they can tell you to set up an appointment to see a specific person. Unresponsive and wasting customers time.

Horrible experience with this builder. Bad customer service. Several complains about transactions and builder not being professional. Sales manager has been fired for in appropriate handling of personal information. This builder is under investigation by real-estate association and other.
