Hi Mark, as you know you ordered 4 Neff appliances from us, you were told at the time of order that there would be a long lead time due to manufacturing shortages of components, this is a worldwide issue. As you also know we do not manufacture the appliances, as you also know there is not a single supplier in the UK that has the 2 appliances in stock. We have also offered you a full refund for these 2 appliances, your review is extremely unfair as we have no control over these issues and the fact they have been impacted by the Ukraine war further, the manufacturers are sourcing alternative components to get these items manufactured. So in to be fair it actually is not ourselves with the poor service as we do not manufacture these appliances and we have had them on order since the date you ordered them. We will leave the review on here as we think its fair for customers to see.

We ordered appliances from this company in August 2021 and we are still waiting. They don't contact us and when we chase they say that we are not the only one and they have no idea when the order will be fulfilled. Totally unacceptable and extremely poor service. BEWARE I'm sure my experience is not the only one.
