I'm sorry to hear we've not lived up to you expectations. You are right, a lot of our customers are happy to hold for a moment while we run things through the till as they understand the time it takes to give advice out. Disgraceful customer service! I always try and support my LFS even though this is a chain and prices are hugely inflated but the staff are just rude. I have been left standing at the till just wanting to hand over my money for 15 mins, with just me and one other customer in the whole shop! and this is certainly not the first time this has happened. Yes i get that giving advise is part of it but surely you can run something through the till whilst chatting or at least acknowledge there presence with a quick "be with you in a minute" Manners cost nothing

Rang for some pressure pipe and was told there was some in stock.....drove up from Barnsley to find I'd been given the wrong information by a new member of staff ....even after clarifying with her.... Also took forever to get through on the phone.....
Excellent advise on the fish I should buy for my tank. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fish prices were a little more than I expected but they all seem to be doing well in my tank. I will be using them again in the future.
Always Good to take those breaks Mark. Have to do a similar thing myself sometimes.

Sorry but did not visit this place however did stop in the road out side for a break while driving always a good idea after a few hours drive safe people.
