TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ADS SAYS PRINT IN 3 DAYS TAKES 2 WEEKS TO GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO PO. THEY ACCEPT THE ORDER, THEN DON'T RESPOND FOR A WEEK. WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT THEY SUCK..
From a quality perspective I have no complaints. From a process and turn around stand point; this organization advertises one turn around and delivers another. Customer service could use a revamp as everyone seems to be so defensive from the get go and the sarcasm from Sally is unappreciated. They are using reps emails although those reps no longer work there. I was literally assigned a rep who hasnt been employed with the company.
I had a warehouse position at 5 B's and I didn't have the best experience when I was being trained. The quality of my work never seemed to be good enough and when I didn't know where some things were when I first started I was treated as though I were incompetent. You're not allowed to look behind you which is difficult when you can't look at the clock to keep track of how much time you have to finish your work each hour. Sometimes it felt like I was in jail due to not being able to move or turn my head just to keep track of time. I was only being paid $8.55, and the people who I worked with didn't make the experience better to make up for the poor pay.
