I order custom shirts about 2-3 times a year for different groups we're in. I ordered a jacket around the middle of December and was TOLD I'd get a call when it came in. I called today and asked if the jacket had made it, it had. When I asked when it arrived I was told "not that it really matters, but sometime around Christmas". Well it does matter since I ordered and paid for the item almost 4 weeks prior. I may be looking for a new place for my business, considering it's really not important to them.
AWFUL customer service. Rude snobby didn't even bother to try and help me find the things I went looking for, asked about sizing and got a very rude response ! I shop here very often and needed to buy all new things but left with nothing because the service was so awful it was uncomfortable! If your having a bad day leave your attitude at home you just lost a great sale !
AWFUL Customer Service! I waited for help to get pricing for some t-shirts get done but it seemed that I was bothering them. They clearly saw me but they just ignore me. When I did get a chance to talk to someone they were not accommodating to give me any options or, suggestions they can't help. Stay Away!
