Live 4 hours away, tried for 2 days to put a deposit down so I can drive up there and to buy it. Told that I couldnt, then told I needed to wire the full amount of the car without even looking at it because taking PTO from working, driving 4 hours one way and trading in a suv wasnt deemed a serious enough buyer to them. This is the way of dealerships now.
Took over 1.5 hours to get an oil change and they overcharged me for that oil change. They said the final price would be adjusted but looking at the receipt, it wasnt. They still charged me for an extra quart of oil. Seems like its run by a bunch of amateurs. Im comparing these guys to 3 other local dealerships Ive been to in the past and they are at the bottom of the list. Ill be going back to my other Ford dealer across the river.
I really want to thank the staff especially HUNTER at Sexton Ford for his patience and diligence on this journey to help me find the perfect vehicle that fits ME. I am EXTREMELY picky yet Rex and Hunter were very professional and understandable. If you want AMAZING customer servide where you are treated like family then Sexton Ford is your place. I am beyond pleased.
