Nice staff and good for the price but unfortunately you will not get any sleep. There was an event on Friday,Saturday and Sunday evening with music playing way past midnight. It really felt like the hotel prioritised these events over their guests. I was embarrassed because we had convinced some friends to join us at the hotel and none of us had a good night sleep.

We stayed for one Saturday night in the first week of May. A very busy private wedding was taking place on the same night and the staff were extremely busy. The staff had several issues to deal with due to this function which appeared to take over the hotel. The DM was firm but polite with the wedding party and dealt with the issues professionally. To cut to the chase, our weekend was far from what we expected however once the Best Western team were made aware the GM Lindsey took the time to contact me following the complaints and dealt with them in a timely and professional manner. Many hotel management and hospitality teams could learn a great deal from the way this issue was dealt with. Many thanks for rectifying the issues.

Hotel room basic but nice had everything you would need. Shower gel in the room was awful smelling it smelt like gone off veg!!! Food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Only downside was it seemed someone in the room above us felt the need to stomp when they walked so we was woken up however this is not the hotels fault!
