Alhumdulillah this is the second time travelling with Albaseerah travel and I often recommend them to family and friends. I was part of the January 2018 Umrah group and truly have no complaints whatsoever. The proximity of the hotels meant we were able to get from our hotel rooms to the haramain within minutes. The service offered Vs the price was a win win. May Allah subhana wa ta'ala reward all those who made it possible.

I was blessed with the permission of Allah (the most high) to attend Hajj 18'- and chose Albaseerah Travels as the Tour guide for our Travels (Myself, Mom, Dad & Auntie). The pre-seminar in Bradford was very beneficial and provided us a detailed explanation of what was expected from the logistics side, but most importantly introduced us to the rituals, Pillars, Obligations and exclusions during our Pilgrimage upon the Sunnah of our Messenger. Alhamdulillah, our guide was ardent upon fulfilling the rites and obligations as per the sunnah (10th Dhul Hijjah) but was very aware of the situation of the wider group and went over and above what was expected to provide ease and facilitation for the older and less capable members of the Group. The hotels, transfers, journey times were as per the itenary and all in all the brothers at Albaseerah delivered an exceptional package one which myself and more importantly my family members were extremely happy with. May Allah (the most high) continue to bless the brothers in this business and give them firmness in propagating his correct religion.

Choosing who to go on hajj with was a difficult decision. It was my first time going and I wanted to make sure that I went with people who would do the hajj and umrah according to the Quran & Sunnah. mashaAllah these brothers were amazing. The whole trip was fantastic, the hotels were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed Makkah and Medina. We stayed for 3 weeks, which was perfect, much longer than the other packages I looked at in this price range. Just to mention, some things did go wrong but the brothers were so receptive to our criticism and improved things, literally the next day. Hajj itself was challenging but doing it with albaseerah really helped. If you're concerned about doing your hajj/umrah properly and want to go with brothers who are knowledgeable and upon the sunnah, go with these brothers. You won't be disappointed insha'Allah.

Alhamdulliah, I chose to embark on a journey of a life time with Albaseerah travel, and it was as promised, if not better. Alhamdulliah everything was planned very well and the accommodations were literally next to the mosques, which gave me the opportunity to concentrate in Ibadah. One of the many highlights was the view from the Swiss hotel makkah- it was breath taking alhamdullah.. Food vouchers were provided which really helpled and all transportation was prompt and adequate. They even managed to get us an extra night in Madina which was pleasing, and oh yeah another thing, to avoid long waits at the barbers on the 10th zull hajj, brother ma'roof arrange the hotel to offer this service for half the price in the comforts of your rooms which was brilliant! I would like to thank the brothers for making my Hajj a memorable one and for going out their way to ensure everyone was happy, definitely above and beyond what was promised. I will highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed! #Hajj2018
