UPDATE: England has requested the local service technician to inspect my recliner frame - and I've set up the appointment for it. I'm glad the company is looking for more information as to why the recliner is having issues. I've had bad luck with England's Collegedale Recliner. I had a spring that came loose and popped through the dust cover under the chair within 5-6 days. Repair man fixed it, and within another 3 weeks, another spring did the same thing. There's no Lemon Law for furniture, so they just Repair it each time - I think I should get a new chair replacement, but it's not something they offer.

The recliner chair is nice. But don't like when in the far back position the slightest movement makes the chair revert to the middle position. Was told this is normal. Most diffidently don't like that!! What is the use of spending all this money for a recliner and it won't stay in the recline position.

Ive bought England furniture for years. My last set I had for 18 years, with the proper care and use, it looked as good as day one. I also like that is made in the USA! Its a division of Lazy Boy, how could you go wrong.

My $2000 couch was delivered after waiting 6 months with seams that are unraviling. The retailer and manufacturer have been unable to help me. They advertise 1 year warranty which no one is honoring. Please see photos
