It was constantly filled with roaches and now that I'm months past moving out even after paying 700 dollars in pet deposits and money in fees in case of damages they're trying to charge me 600 bucks for a towel rack they improperly installed so it fell out the wall and a bit of corner to he carpet that the dog tore up... that's not 600 worth in damages even if you needed to clean the carpet which supposedly they were going to change out to tile anyway? Don't do it it's literally not worth your money.

I have lived here for 4 years. My first truck was stolen 3yrs ago and my new truck had its wheels stolen. There has been a lot of break-in to vehicles and management has an I don't care attitude. I WOULD NOT recommend moving here.

Ive lived here for 2 years now and have never had a problem with anything! Staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to any problems.

The Domain took over Eagles Landing and i moved out because in general the apartment was a roach motel from the day i moved in. My car and a lot others car was broken into. Cars sitting on bricks because tires have been stolen. I moved her because their other apartment caught fire so i made a rush dumb decision because i had no where to go and the property manger made the transition smooth. The carpet was filthy before i moved in. I am VERY clean and never had issues as a renter in any apartments ive lived in. They are charging me for some carpet that was filthy when i moved in. The Domain does not know how the apartments looked when i moved in. when i called to dispute this because they never informed me i just got a random call from a collection agency the assistant manger told me i had to submit pics with my inventory list. I own multiple properties (never asked this) and signed multiple leases i have NEVER heard anyone ask for pics for a inventory list. if you read the inventory list form it states nothing about pictures. you can tell she was reaching for any excuse to make the charges hold. i will put a review up weekly so that people know not to waste their time applying.
