Travel issues were the first problem. Big mix-up caused me a lot of stress. Then puppy was sent to me with a UTI. Had to have two lab tests and medication but just happy we got our pup

Experience OK, some good, some not so good So, the good part of the experience was KAalpup was fairly responsive at answering questions, though they will not put you in touch with the breeder, and you'll probably only get one updated set of pictures. The puppy package they sent was actually useful; she loves her dog bed, blanket and toys (leash not so much). The not-so-great part is our puppy came with a cough that still lingers, plus she tested positive for Giardia. We're still trying to get reimbursement for vet bills. Also, we were charged an additional $100 to pick our puppy up at the airport, instead of home delivery. It was actually a good thing we picked her up, because her paperwork got switched with another crate and I was at first handed the wrong dog. It took My Pet Cab 20 min to sort it out. For what we paid, the extra charge was ridiculous. Also, the included vet paperwork wasn't very clear. Our vet had trouble figuring out which vaccines she'd already had (just a pile of stickers off vaccine bottles), and it also wasn't made clear that AKC registration should have happened through Third Party Pet. I assumed they were just an online retailer, so I have to try and get a $33 reimbursement. That all being said, kalpup did deliver us our girl, we've bonded with our puppy and though feisty, seems to be coming along nicely. We hope to have many happy years with her! I would use them again, as it is difficult to find the right puppy from local breeders/shelters.

I am extremely satisfied with I am extremely satisfied with Kalpup. I found the whole process to be professional from start to finish. While I was waiting for my dog to arrive I was kept updated with photos and videos. My new puppy was delivered on time as promised and she was healthy and happy. Good: Very happy with our Pup Good: Very happy with our puppy. Puppy pickup was easy once got to that point. Bad: App kept crashing and sometimes inaccurate information, long waiting for agent response (phone and chat), limited agent knowledge and helpfulness. had to chase to get updated but we happy we finally got our pup and our daughter is happy Marilla Messesiala
