I want to like this place, but Ive been twice and both times they forgot my order. Waited for an hour each time. Its hard to enjoy yourself Wont be coming back.
Hello Reyhan, We are sorry you missed our signs about computer policy on the weekends. As you mentioned, you were approach in a friendly manner regarding the policy, our employer even directed you to move to the bar or front window bar tables to use your computer as there is single seats there. As a small business, we need to have open tables to serve more customers. Thus, the reason of our no computer weekend policy. Perhaps, from your perspective you didnt see the restaurant busy, but our employers can confirm that it was busy and tables were needed at the moment. Youre more than welcome to use our cafe as your workspace from Monday through Friday.

I really liked this cafe first and came pretty often but today I just got removed from my table (at least in a friendly way) in front of other guests because I was studying with my computer and its not allowed guests to study with their computers on weekends. However, I could see guests at other tables working with their computers too. I felt treated in an unfair way because there was literally no one waiting for a table. Also, Ive seen many free tables. I was ordering beverages and paying and leaving tips just like the other guests. It felt really uncomfortable and awkward being treated like that in front of other guests. Guess Ill have to look for another, more hospitable cafe now :)

I go here whenever I'm in the mood for good coffee and a pain au chocolat. Very solid lunch menu as well. Ample seating, usually a 50-50 mix of lunch groups and the laptop crowd.

How bad can the service be that you wait for your food for an hour get told it's coming and at the end of the hour you get told the cashier "forgot" to put the order into the machine right in right front of her and it hasn't even been started
