Thank you for this feedback. This review was posted just days after Eric Bachman, in conjunction with co-counsel, obtained a $1.3M verdict in an age discrimination case, and as we were preparing for another trial. Our workload fluctuates and when we are in trial or about to start a trial, our ability to consider new cases can be constrained. Therefore, we inform prospective clients about those limitations and recommend that they consult with other lawyers. One of the reasons that we sometimes limit our consideration of new matters is that we make every effort to get the best possible result for all of our clients. Theyre the most responsive attorneys I have ever seen. I contacted them on a satSatur night by email, talked to them on a sunday, and was signing to be represented by that Monday (if my memory serves rightly). I cannot go into the specifics of what this firm did but I can say that they worked feverishly to blow my expectations out of the water.
