I went in to buy a couple of replacement spokes (to be fitted by myself) and the guy pointed to a pile of boxed bike and said 'We're too busy with new sales'. Not even an apology. So much for the whole support your local bike shop philosophy.

Do not come here.. They make you feel like a criminal. Went in a few days ago to buy something for them to follow me around and then was told if im not buying anything so can i leave!!!! Avoid this bike shop.

Purchased my first road bike from Hargreaves. Easy to order , Quick delivery and replied to all my emails. Delivery came but pedals where missing however this was rectified immediately. Highly recommend. Love my bike.

Terrible customer service. Shop soiled bike turned up with a buckled wheel . No response to emails at all.
