Weve reached out to customer service multiple times over a long overdue order and no one is calling or emailing us back. When we finally got a call due to this Posting, they said they were on it and would escalate with their logistics provider. 1 more week has gone by with no resolution in sight. Update they finally found the chair and after my suggestion for a discount they gave me 20% back. The check took 4-6 weeks to arrive.

When I dial the number i press 0 to talk to sales department to ask for the manager to offer my services for janitorial well the cat answer and he said that they dont need nobody And he just hang up on me if he is like that I believe he is like that with any customer I just cant believe that rudeness off this guy Probably he hates his job well I finish to express my self
Do not purchase online from them. If you received defective goods they will still make you responsible for shipping the product back or make you argue with them to waive the restocking fee. If lamps come with cracks that are not part of the product description, thats called inaccurate item description and being deceitful and should be the responsibility of the company.
