I been trying to get a hold of my service rep for hours and nothing. I called parts, service and manager and no answer. I am changing to another dealer. I eventually got a hold of kurt and he took care of it. Everyone else could not care less.

If you want to buy from a place with lack of Integrity then BMW of Valencia is the perfect place for you. Just make sure they show you proof that the vehicle you are looking for is not sold or transferred someplace else with the Autonation family before you spend your time getting there. If the say theyll try to help you out and find an alternative vehicle you might as well search yourself on the web as in reality they have no interest in you as a customer.. They are very apologetic in case that matters to you after spending hours there waiting..

An amazing place to get your next car! Not only Orson and Greg were wonderful but they made us feel at home and we got to know them. It was not about just sales with them, it was getting to know us and vice versa. Love my car and the amazing and awesome service we got from them.
