Called to make a reservation call connection is clear and the moment I want to see if they have any early availabilities I am hung up on and not given any call back. Very entitled sales representatives.
I have been to the spa at the resort multiple times. I went back in April with my friend for her birthday. We had a wonderful time and I treated her to a pedicure. Months later (Aug) I was charged $636 because she went with her mom today. She told me their credit card machine was down so she had to fill out a form to have them charge her card. Instead salamander decided to charge my card that they kept on file WITHOUT my permission for services I didn't even authorize nor was I there for. My friend was beyond livid and so am I. This is credit card fraud. When I went to call at 630pm. The operator said there was no manager to help me out with my issue so I could just call back at 9am....seriously? What horrible customer service. I plan on calling tomorrow morning but unless something is seriously changed I won't be going back.
!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!! - WORST Customer Service Ever - Save Your Money! Stay anywhere else... We did not even make it to the Stay and cancelled ahead of time to prevent any misery. We had planned a 4-night stay with the Bed & Breakfast package - when we called the resort it took over 30-miutes to pick up the phone. Once answered we were told that to book activities we would have to talk to another person. We were then put on another 30-minute hold. We then were hung up on by the automated system. We called again and were not able to get thru to either reservations or to anyone at the location. Finally, they called back and when we asked to speak to the GM - we were told "No" - The ratings of this Hotel and prices are very misleading and need to be reported to Consumer Affairs. !!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!! - WORST Customer Service Ever - Save Your Money! Stay anywhere else... **Updated 9-10-2022** The Resort Manager did reach out and still will not allow a conversation with the GM. They continue to stall after a list of issues was provided and have done nothing to repair the issues. A follow-up email was sent detailing the issue - we will post an update if they reply.
