I won't be using Stackry again after they charged me for a 7x5x6 package when it was a cheaper 6x4x4, contacted Customer Services only to be greeted by a rude patronising member. wil be contacting my credit card company.

DO NOT USE STACKRY - TERRIBLE COMPANY. I have had terrible service. I had a package accidently sent to them from a seller in my own country. When I cntacted Stackry to try to get it consolidated with another package the representative tried to charge me over US$50 and wanted to reconsolidate the entire package again. I said I thought that that amount was too expensive, and I was unhappy as the prices the rep wanted to charge were not published anywhere on the Stackry website. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that I wished to complain. Then I got a notice claiming that my package was opened and the box was empty after I was charged for consolidation fees! Then I got a message claiming the box was lost! Yet I had photographs of the sealed box! AU$165 item inside was lost by them. The representative did something to my package as an act of revenge. I sent numerous emails trying to get in touch with someone. They ignored all of those. Finally a rep contacted me today, denies they deliberately lost package and offered me US$10 as compensation, ignored my request for photos of the empty box, ignored my asking if they could please check the wrapping material from the box again for the item which is small ringthe size of a dime (though now they claim the box itself doesn't exist), ignored my request to speak to a supervisor, ignored my request asking how to leave bad feedback. They are a hopeless company, cold, cruel and vendictive. DO NOT GO WITH STACKRY.

The customer service is out of this world. I needed package here returned to sender and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was dealt with efficiently and in great detail. They keep track of everything with a degree of professionalism that is unbelievable.
