Bad customer service Ive had it for a couple months Ive been through a couple online services and this by far has been the worst We had to do all the work to get it set up and there was also mistakes on our online menu that they never came around to fixing I do not recommend this to anyone else If I could give this a negative star review I would
I signed up with Menudrive for my business over a year ago. They set up the site last year and all they had to do is complete the set up process and go live. I contacted them multiple times over the course of 3 months by phone, email, and facebook with no response. I finally gave up. They dropped the ball badly. During these time where we really needed the online ordering capability, I couldn't get them to even call me to finish the set up process and go live. My business suffered greatly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for online ordering options.
We recently added online ordering to our stores and went with Menu Drive. Adrian has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting the job done. We are extremely happy with our decision of going with this company

I have worked for MenuDrive for 3 years and it's truly been one of the most rewarding experience of my life. MenuDrive has always been a fun place to work and I feel challenged every day to make things better for our customers. There have always been opportunities to grow and to move upward in the company and it really has been true that if you show up everyday with a positive attitude and a driven work ethic, then the sky is the limit. DON'T DO IT!! This company is absolutely awful. Let me list all the reasons that back up my statement: The offerings they have in the info on their site is a lie, they do not respond to customer service emails even though they promise to do so within 1 business day, customer service is A JOKE. I was on the phone for an hour with a customer service rep who had zero understanding of their software and answered my questions with information irrelevant to the question I asked. After an hour I asked to speak to a supervisor. This supervisor was just as ignorant about their services as the other representative who transfered me. This business is unprofessional, advertises untruthfully, and an absolute waste of time and energy. I hated having to even give them 1 star. Really wish I would have read their reviews before signing up. I hope you learn from my mistake!
