Sorry, but all of our items are actually made in Scandinavia and not China. They are more expensive because of that. The quality of having something done by craftsmen certainly stands out. We do realize that our items aren't for everyone, but you do get the quality that you are paying for. One of our Suppliers is 140 yrs old this year. You don't stay around that long by not providing a high quality item that you can stand behind and be proud. We have always represented companies that were proud to produce high quality items.
Typical product selection, much like any Scandinavian museum shop. Nothing different or exciting. Prices were high compared to other similar shops. Sales associate mispronounced product name, and was unaware of designer collaborations of a particular knitwear brand. Then, she wasn't willing to learn about it when I offered information. I didn't make a purchase, and left abruptly. I won't return.
A cool place to check out if you have the time. The items in shop are of very high quality and are imported from Norway amd Europe. Staff working were very personable. In addition to clothes they also have small section of food stuff.
I went in this store just to see what all was available and to kill time while waiting for my next appointment at the clinic. The employee working that day was extremely friendly. We ended up talking about 30 minutes. Of course, during that time, she didn't drop the ball on her job as she continued to assist people that came into the store. It was nice to find someone that was so easy to talk to when you're stuck in MN by yourself at the Mayo Clinic.. They also have some fantastic Nordic clothing. LOL
