The customer service is great in terms of communication but after I placed a massive order, it randomly got cancelled which was really annoying (things were actually out of stock)

Terrible overall experience at an astronomical shipping cost. Was not happy about the cost of shipping on this website. Followed instructions listed on website to cancel order. Did not receive a response regarding my request to cancel in three days. When I called to follow up, I was told that the order already went out and it could not be cancelled, but I would be able to return the items with the packing slip and return label inside. When my package arrived, there was no packing slip or return label and the items inside were not at all what I ordered. Now I am stuck with gray mens baseball jerseys when I ordered purple and gold tank jerseys for a children's dance team. No packing slip or return label in the bag. Customer service asked for pictures, I forwarded to them and received no response since. I feel scammed and retaliated against for trying to cancel my original order. Now I have to fight these people to give me back my money. You will find a better deal elsewhere - try Epic Sports.
