This used to be a great company with stellar customer service. I don't know if it has changed hands or what but it is NOT the same company. I ordered a shirt on 8/27 (paid via PayPal) and my bank account was charged on 8/29. I received a confirmation email that said I would get another email when it shipped. That was my last correspondence. I have emailed them 3 times and tried contacting them by phone but can't seem to get a proper working number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have been ordering from two chicks for some time---I placed an order on July 12th, after hearing nothing, I sent another email on August 2nd.....was told it would be shipped immediately....after repeated emails over the next two weeks, I was about to go to bank to get money back---no number to call, no responses to my emails. and poor service ---I wont be shopping here again ....I received my order on August 19th, via priority---no apologies, nothing----this is unacceptable.... these days, service is everything....( 4 years ago) update 6-21 2022 well, silly me....I tried to give them another chance. I have filed a claim with my credit card company...no response via amazon pay or two chicks. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! the customer service sucks and communication is a BIG FAT 0 from their end.
I would give zero if system let me. Beware. Ive ordered in past and shirts were just ok. Colors fade and they shrink. Waited a few years and just tried again. But Ive been sending emails for weeks with no answer. Ill be contacting my credit card company for refund. Order not received yet.
I would not give any zeros at all. Received wrong color shirt, I sent email and no response, it's been over a month. Will not do business with them again. I understand that mistakes happen bit when you don't receive a response back that is what ticks me off. They lost a customer!!
