The owner Tristan does not do fair trade ins. I was taken advantage of when I brought in a large amount of product. I spoke up for the first time years later on Facebook today and was immediately blocked. He blocks anyone on Facebook who disagrees with him and then wonders why so many have grievances with Game On. The arcade may be fine, but Tristan is not a fair and reputable business owner.

Hi Tom. We dont advertise games in any way as being complete on the package. Im sorry your transaction felt rushed. We also offer a 2 week return policy so Im not sure why there would even be a comment like this; you are more than welcome to return it or exchange for a complete copy. We dont really charge different if its s newer gen game anyways. Have a good one!

They scam their customers. I bought Metroid: Samus Returns on 3ds and when I found it and went to purchase it, the transaction was rushed and I left. The transaction was very unprofessional and weird. The game was sold as "complete" with case and manual. When I got home and opened it, I see why I was rushed. The game case art was actually printed and cut with scissors to fit into a generic ds case with no manual. It was not what it was promoted as so when I returned to return the game, they said they do not take returns unless the game is broke or not working. Double check what you buy from them, because if you want the authentic thing, you most likely will get screwed, but if you just want just the game, then you'll be over spending when you can get the game loose for cheaper.
