On a Sunday, I would have expected a lot more people working here. The place was packed and there were not many people taking orders or making donuts. It was very crowded by the door with the line being through the waiting crowd. The donuts were decent, but there was like no where to eat them. Not to mention the order was incorrect, likely due to noise level in the place.

Wouldn't know what they taste like at $18 plus for a dozen EVEN if they are just plain cake. Hard pass for me when you can not even get a sample. Superior Bakery in hope Mills is so worth the ride. AND they give out whole donuts while waiting in line. Not saying you have to match their energy but for $18 plus dollars for a dozen you could give out samples of your plain cake donuts so people can sample your product. And your staff is rather matter of fact. Like if you can't afford $18 for 12 donuts why are you here. So I went to the cupcake place a couple of doors down and while her cupcakes run $14 for 4 she knows how to give EXCELLENT customer service. So maybe and you workers not been so nasty-ish with their matter of fact attitudes I might have given you my business. And I got the same gross attitude both time I tried to shop here.

I have been hearing about Duck Donuts for awhile, this morning at about 9:45 am finally went in. WOW... got the chocolate covered assortment, Its like Art in a Box. Gotta admit, couldnt wait to get home so I had one in the car. Warm, soft and delicious , Ive found the BEST thing about NC. Heaven in a box. Thank you DD

Today i woke up VERY Excited to try duck donuts with my wife .. To my surprise i walked into a disaster and a complete mess of a store. I proceeded to order my donuts then my order was placed . I watched them make their hand dipped donuts and go through them quickly, as i watched them make the donuts i realized they skipped our order ! i spoke to the head employee and she started my donuts and never finished them. It took them 30 minutes to complete 6 donuts .
