Whenever I patronize any business my first concern is not the merchandise it's the service, respect and care that I receive from the owners managers sales persons and staff. Once I'm satisfied then my attention is locked focus on the merchandise. I bought a parka coat, a day after I came to return it cause wasn't hot enough and hair keep shedding, unfortunately they didn't want to give me my money back. I lost $700 and returned the coat. I'm so upset because of it. They stole my money!!
