Absolutely terrible customer service. Charged my card two days before the cleaning and they never showed up despite the all day time frame I selected. The first time I used them, they never let me know when they were coming or had left, and I had to repeatedly follow up with them. Do not recommend this service at all- not responsive to emails or phone calls.

I scheduled my move-out clean for April 9. At 9:00am they told me to contact my property to give them key access. I contacted them and they said they would give them the key. They were supposed to arrive between 10am-6pm. At 5:10pm they were running late with the apartment and my office closes. I assumed they had they key and told them the office had a drop box they could drop it off in when done. I came by Sunday and it wasnt even cleaned. They were texting me they were late cleaning and they hadnt even gotten there or started cleaning. I emailed customer service since they were closed on Sunday. Customer service answered they were sorry they didnt make the cleaning and wanted to reschedule for Monday April 11. I agreed and they were to notify me when it was complete. On Monday April 11, I was texted at 4:25pm they were leaving for the clean. At 4:35pm they messaged they were running behind. At 4:48pm they told me they would be about an hour away. At 5:24pm they said they would be there at 6:07pm. I wanted the apartment cleaned as I did pay for it, so I didnt question it. They requested the apartment complex leave the door open so they could do a quality cleaning. So the complex left the door opened for them. Tuesday April 12, at 11:02 they emailed saying they didnt make the clean again and were rescheduling again. I replied that I was not rescheduling again and we would go with a different company. I looked at my account and saw they charged me 3xs for this cleaning service. First the $223.13 originally and then 2xs $246.50. I demanded a refund. It took until April 14, but I finally received all my money back. This is so unprofessional. The fact they work with apartment complexes is the only reason I chose them. I made sure my old complex knew everything going on. Im never using them again.

Very nice quality and quick service. Booking is incredibly easy and everything was completed while I was at work. So nice to come home to a clean space!

This is the single worst cleaning experience of my life. Hiring them for their "guaranteed" exit your apartment cleaning cost me 100's of dollars. I did NOT get my whole fee back, just a portion for what they screwed up. Not even close. AWFUL. RUN!
