I had a few issues with my Mercedes, so I decided to contact Mike. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. From the first phone call to the very last second, I was completely sure my car was in the hands of a professional. He's very friendly, does excellent work and has great communication. I will not go anywhere else for service and repair on my 1999 SL500. Mike's knowledge of MB and his professionalism are outstanding. Do yourself a favor and bring your MB to Mike moving forward.

Great experience at elite auto ! Recently purchased a Mercedes and had an issue with the top being stuck down with a rain storm coming. They went above and beyond to help me get the top back up ( not and easy process ) ! Real friendly and down to earth which is hard to find with a really good mechanic. Shop is immaculate and you could eat off the floor! I have found my new Mercedes tech !

Just finished my 2019 CLA250 service B maintenance with Mike today. Mike annotated craftsman's spirit incisively and vividly.
