Sharon managed to fry my hair with bleach to the point of it falling out. It has taken along time to grow back but since going to a professional hair stylists its slowly growing back and becoming healthy.

All our reviews here and on Yelp are 5 stars. Yet here is an interesting story. Just see how bent a person can get. Our staff recorded things differently they trimmed 1" off her hair three people saw it. She left a comment on our internal review so we followed up offering free service. She said it's ok no big deal and chose not to come back. Weeks later she leaves a 1 star on Yelp. We then ask her to come back offering more free services, she declined, so we initiated a full refund of her $46 with tip. Then we offered her $100 in product on top. That's pretty fair. In documented email she gets angry, so we ask what would make her happy? She says she's trying to find another salon to do natural hair extensions and wants full color service inferring we pay for that? So we're trying to figure that out. Then she wanted us do it? She didn't even allow one full day to respond. Next she dropped this review in the mix? And added the tears story saying it will take her 3 years to grow her hair out. Yet average hair grows 1/2" month. Had she been fair, reasonable we could all be happy. Looking at her reviews of other companies they are mostly negative. We say enough, we accept the hit and she can take a hike.

5/31/2017 review on yelp I left there with my hair "only trimmed an inch" ( more like 3inches and it's uneven!) but really these younger stylists "only like to work on men's hair"as they told me. Don't get to attached either the barber is leaving for the Navy....God bless him though! Oh and dont let them near you with their wax! Uneven and wax still on skin! Had to go get everything fixed....All of the services!!!! Went home in tears, it took me almost 3 years to grow out my hair! I can't find extensions out here that are 100% human hair to get my length back....
