Hi! Sorry you didn't have a positive visit to our store. Unfortunately, we take all of our deliveries in through our shop floor, and work them all there so we can still help customers when needed. As for the items taken during processing, we have to 100% quantity check all of our items before they go out for sale and a lot of our manga comes in as orders for customers. This is why you would have been offered an option to order in, because those items you picked up were in fact ordered specially in for someone. Thank you for your feedback.

Really messy. Cardboard boxes of delivery everywhere to fall over. Was told I couldnt have 3 books off a table because of inventory? (So I wasnt worth time to book them in?) Was then told that you have to go on discord to reserve them? Despite physically being in the store??? Just annoying. Really wierd, really awkward. We visited from a good distance away for an underwhelming visit.
