Hi George, were sorry you are not happy with our pricing. If you review your paperwork and warranty documents you'll see that your system was installed in October of 2016. The parts warranty was 10 years and the labor warranty was 2 years, which means that while the part is under warranty, the labor warranty expired in October of 2018. So, labor is what youre paying for. You are not paying for the part. We also applied a senior discount for you. While we understand your frustration, our documents, company, and tecnicians have been very upfront. You are welcome to contact us for more information .

Do not use this company from Costco. I bought the air condition system from Costco and this company was installed. It have ten year warranty, but last year the heater was not working and call this company to check it. The tech was coming and found that blower was bad. Randy who is manager told me that I have to pay $356.25 to fix it even it still in warranty. Finally I did pay total $356.25 to them. The weird things I received a bill after NINE month and said that I have to pay another $99 for travel fee that time. Beware to buy or repair from this company
Hi Douglas! We truly apologize for us not being able to accommodate your schedule. We do appreciate the feedback, however. There are a few items we wanted to touch on just so we can clarify the scheduling difficulties. We have customers who are on our Service Maintenance Agreement Plan. These customers have paid, in advance, for priority service and we strive very hard to take care of them first. Anyone who is not on a SMA plan goes on an emergency call list, which means that we will call you if/when an opening pops up in your area. Unfortunately, we have so many customers on that list, that if you don't answer when we call to come out, we have to move on to the next customer. We don't have a timeline of when that will be due to COVID-19. We had to push a lot of our SMA customers out and others had to reschedule due to COVID-19 concerns, etc. COVID-19 has really put a wrench in our scheduling. We truly hope to bounce back to a normal schedule in the coming year, but for now, we are working as hard as we can during these unprecedented times. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience in scheduling, but we are trying as hard as we can to accommodate.

I tried to use this business. My heat was not working nd my house was cold. I called them on November 2 as they opened at 8AM. The lady who answered the phone told me that "ma not make it out today." Since it was worming up, I thought that would be ok. I did assume that with her comment that if they did not make it out that day, they would likely make it out the next day. She also told me that the technician would call me when they are ready to come out. If I don't answer the call, they will move on to the next call. I cleared my schedule for a couple days so I would be available when the technician came by. I did not hear from them again until November 10 (eight days later). At that time I was in a meeting and didn't get the call. I was hoping they would call back, but they did not. Today, November 16, I called the office again. I explained my concerns about them not being responsive (I was calm and polite). She told me that there was not a technician in my area. I explained that this is not the level of customer service that I was expecting and that if they could not get someone to my house by tomorrow, I would find someone else. She asked me to hold so she could speak with a technician. When she returned, she told me they could not have someone at my house by tomorrow. I thanked her for her help and told her that I would be going elsewhere.
I have used Control Tech for years they installed and maintain my HVAC. They are always prompt and efficient. The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended Control Tech to friends and family.
It was great, the guy who came to my house was very nice and seemed to do a thorough job. I always have a good experience with this company and have recommended them often.
Hi Ping. Were sorry that you arent happy with our parts policy. We are not a wholesaler and do not sell parts over the counter. We are very up front about this with all of our customers. Lennox does not require us to sell parts over the counter. You are welcome to look up a wholesaler, but most hvac companies will not sell parts over the counter. When we sell a part, we diagnose it, install it, and warrant it. We hope this helps! Were sorry we couldnt help. Best of luck in your search.

The Lennox website indicates this company is one of its dealers. So I thought that I could purchase a pressure switch for my Lennox furnace. I went their office and gave them the model of my Lennox furnace and the part I wanted, but was told that they don't sell parts over the counter and need to a $ 99 diagnosis of my furnace before selling the pressure switch to me. This is what a dealer does? Very disappointing!
