Very sassy service. Extremely sarcastic and condescending when I explained a customer service experience I had over the phone. Dude was not helpful at all and clearly didn't care to understand my issue.

Disgraceful,forced to stand out side in pissing rain for 1 hr just to pick up a click and collect.....ABSOLUTELY disgusted with the kilmarnock store customer service,incurred a parking ticket as only had ticket for 1 hr
