If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off 6 shirts . Nothing fancy....just 6 shirts. No stains. In fact, they were brand new shirts! It took them a WEEK to clean them....And then they charged me $36. For SIX SHIRTS!!!!! Unbelievable! I will NEVER use them again. If I had known the prices beforehand I never would have dropped them off. I asked for prices...they said that they don't give out prices before! I had used them 1 time before for a jacket for my daughter. They had it done in 3 days, and it was $7. $7 for 3 days...And it was a coat.......HUGE markup for 6 shirts.

Had slight issue was management took care of it right away other than that they do offer great professional services I definitely recommend this place they great with jerseys & tailoring

Paid $20 for two pairs of jeans to get patched and they were patched on the outside!? Now both the pairs of designer jeans are ruined because they couldn't turn a pair of pants inside out to patch them. This is my second bad experience with them. I needed a rush job completed last year and it took twice as long and double the price than what was described to me. I'm utterly disappointed in their service and will absolutely not be returning again.
