Today I took my daughter in for a trim. We waited about 30 mins and then got Alondra to take care of her. My daughters hair is one length ...straight across the bottom basically is the cut she gets. At the end of the cut she asked if she wanted it blown dry. My daughter asked me and Alondra asked me also and was unsure as its so hot out but I said ok. So she blew it dry. At the end I was faced with a 40$ charge. I asked why and she said it was 20 for the cut and 20 for the blow dry. I was super shocked by the high charge as I was never asked or told it was a 20$ upcharge for drying her hair. I expressed my shock and asked why didnt she tell me that when we were deciding on the blow dry...Alondra said nothing....no answer...just pay your bill. I really feel taken advantage of. There are no prices anywhere in this shop. I feel they charge you whatever they can get away with. They have just lost 4 customers today with this distasteful business practice.

Guy is horrible! He does not listen and has no customer service skills. Total Hack job!!! BEWARE!!! Rude, unprofessional and does not know how to cut hair!!!!!!

Didnt even make an appointment here. I read the reviews but didnt think guy would be as rude as he was. Instead of how can I help you, he would say what is your question or okay is that all? Throughout the phone conversation. I would t want to sit in a salon for a few hours and deal with his negative personality.
