I used to love this website. However, they never have the sizes, and they don't refund your money back even if you ask them to. They just tell you it's against their policy and you need to buy something from the website instead. But the only remaining items are small or XXL or pretty expensive things that no one else buys.
I didn't shop at the physical store, but I have tried to order things online twice now. Half of my first order arrived on time, but the other half never showed up. It took multiple emails to finally get through to them that my package hadn't even started shipping yet well after the delivery window had come and gone. I finally got a real response after about a month and was able to get a refund. I placed a replacement order a few days after I got the refund. I ordered 3 things. One arrived within the delivery window, the other two are still missing. One item has been sitting in the "processing your order" phase for over 2 weeks, the other is stuck at "En Route to DHL" - this one was only updated after 3 emails to the shipping partner, Passport. Would NOT recommend ordering from Betabrand, their shipping practices are suspect, and their customer service is horrendous.
I have NEVER bought a thing here before, but I ALWAYS drop in with my friends when we pass by because of their hilarious free photoshoot set-up. So far we've gotten our photos taken with Santa the hutt and a gorilla hanging from the ceiling. The employees here are equally cheeky and random. I'm fairly certain hipsters love this place.
This place deserves 0 stars as it is very dishonest & their customer service is unbelievably terrible & their reps are rude. I placed an order & I never received updated emails. In addition, the status of the order was in 'pre transit' for over a week so I called to inquire about this. Very rude agent said they sent out a cancellation email the same day my order was placed & a refund was issued because product was out of stock. This was a blatant lie, I never received a cancellation email & my card was still charged. The rep acted like I was unintelligent repeatedly telling me I need to check my spam folder. I stated that I consistently checked spam & all I received from this shady company were advertisements. Surprise...after I hung up with customer service I received a cancellation email with a refund issued on the day of my call. I called back to inform customer service & the same rep said they sent out the refund email AGAIN after speaking to me. And she further stated my card was refunded the day of purchase. This again was a LIE because the email shows refund was issued the day of the phone call & my card still has not been refunded. Stay away from this crooked company. If you have to resort to these tactics to make money then you do not deserve to be in business.
