Hi Carrie, As you acknowledged in your review, you ordered through online distributors, not Vantage Apparel. Vantage does not sell to or even deal with consumers directly. We are the backend fulfillment company for distributors, including the online companies you bought from. As such, you need to direct your question to the company you purchased the items from. This company is solely in charge of their own return/exchange policy, and Vantage has nothing to do with that process. In fact, by contract, we are not allowed to handle your request. I hope you understand. We forwarded your request to the company that you ordered from and encourage you to follow up with that company. Having said that, we are glad you liked the quality of our items and award-winning decoration services.

I would give no stars if possible. The quality of items seems great, however the company's customer service is awful. I had placed an order 2 separate times from different on-line companies for an Illinois State University jacket. Because these were a manufacture direct shipped items, they came from Vantage. Each time I received a University of Illinois jacket- not the college that was ordered. An exchange was not an option and each time, the return took over a month just to receive a shipping label.
