Amazing service. Shawn was able to communicate the exact issue and fixed it before time. It was great experience sending the device and fixing it on priority. Device was repaired and data was intact. Thanks to him for working diligently and fixing the issue for us.

You brought me your laptop and your parts that you purchased. The next week I removed your screen (which was attached with strong adhesive) and discovered you had the wrong one. There was no way to know that, until the old screen was removed. I called you and left a recorded message stating that you ordered the wrong screen. I gave you the option to purchase the correct screen yourself, or I could purchase, or you could pick it up. You claim you never checked your voice mail. That I can understand. But I never told you the battery was installed. Because if you decided not to repair it, there was no need to install it, and I wouldn't have charged you anything. But I never spoke to you. Your grandmother came in today, said you didn't get the message, picked it up and asked how much for what I've already done. Believing she wanted to be a reasonable customer, and pay for removing the screen, I told her our normal diagnostics fee for a no fix (as clearly stated on the repair slip you signed) is $60. Handed her the laptop, and the parts in the box exactly the way you brought them to me. If you didn't feel that was fair, you could have came in and told me, and I would have told you don't even worry about paying me at all. Im sorry you purchased the wrong screen. I'm sorry you didn't check your voice mail. And as far as the $60 diagnostics fee, if you don't want to pay me for my time and the work I did, please feel free to come by and get a refund. Have a nice day.

10/10 would not recommend. I gave him my computer around June 19th and he stated my computer would be fixed around that Friday. If not then, it would've been around that monday. Then it changed to a Friday. I bought a computer screen and battery replacement to get that out the way before it went into the shop. Now here we are July 10. He states that I have the wrong screen okay that's perfectly fine. Then he says I replaced your battery, it would be $60. At this point I just wanted my computer back. I give him the $60 and he later tells me that he didn't actually put it in. He disassembled my computer screen from the computer and didn't bother even putting my old one back on. He shoved everything in a box. By July 5, my grandmother went in and they stated that he hadn't touched my computer yet. I paid $60 for a screen being taken off and apparently diagnostics, when I knew completely what was wrong with my computer. And later wanted to charge me another $300+ dollars for another screen and labor charges. Not professional at all or punctual. As far as receiving any voicemail that is false. I have received zero and will show.⁶
