Since my hairstylist of many years moved to the UK, I was in need of a new hair stylist. I searched online for a hair salon with positive reviews. After reading a couple good reviews about Enve salon, I called and scheduled an appointment to have my hair cut and colored. I was paired with Jamie. I made sure to arrive with images of color that I liked and she assured me that it would not be any problem to replicate on my hair. In fact, I really only needed my roots done, the length was already a color I liked. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. The color I left the salon with was nothing like what we discussed! She applied a dark color all over my length, which I thought was just a gloss, but no- it was permanent color! I left with a much darker color than when I came in which is NOT what I wanted. I wish I could have positive comments, as other reviewers have submitted, but my experience was terrible. I was made to feel like it was my fault that I was displeased with the color. Stupid me, I spent close to $200 (including a 20% gratuity) because I didn't want to be rude/hurt her feelings. Hindsight, I should have negotiated a lesser price/tip...Very awkward and weird experience. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
Don't come here as a new client. I've had my appointment canceled three times. I gave them a chance after they "lost my appointment" the first time but should never have gone back after that. First time I went in for my appointment, I was told my appointment was lost. I had the appointment card and even scheduled my hair cut in person but somehow, they weren't able to put my name in the system. I thought ok, maybe it's an honest mistake. I'll try again. Second time I was driving to enve and received a phone call that my time slot had been double booked and therefore I had to be bumped to another date and time. As a new client, wouldn't you try to be a little more accommodating? I told them I didn't want an appointment and left it at that. Third time, I waited a few months before trying again (I just moved here and haven't found a salon that I like) and made an appointment over the phone. I go there the very next day and after waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes with no assistance, a woman comes over and tells me she can't find me in the system. She "remembers my name" so it should be there but she's going to have to reschedule. Bottom Line: Should it really be that hard to put someones name in the computer?
Arwen is an absolute artist - nobody cuts my hair as well as she does. My mom and I have been coming to her for years. Enve is a gorgeous, relaxing salon.
Love the entire group at Enve! They are always upbeat and do a great job when I am in need of some syle. They use great products and are fair priced especially for the quality of work that they do!
didnt even get to walk in to have a bad experience, I booked an appointment online for a Tuesday (today) I put in this request since Friday, no response four days later I call their salon and Theres no one to be found, you can get a hold of these people& an hour before before the requested appointment it finally gets declined, four days later. Wow lol worst service ever
