Went to this shop to get my brakes done. Tried to explain the issue to the guy. Instead of listening, he insisted on asking me a barrage of questions rather than conversing. When we finally determined he could take a quick look to get an idea of the problem, he didnt use any words and just motioned to me to pop the hood and turn the key. Rude Then when he was done, he let the hood slam without a care in the world. All he told me was its a big uncertainty when he can diagnose and when he can repair. I told him I was gonna go elsewhere and he tried to explain to me that I was gonna die because my brake light was on and the brakes dont work. I tried to explain to him my car has an already established computer sensor problem where the lights go on even when there isnt a problem. But he was too wrapped up in his verbal waterboarding. I drove away and 5 minutes later the lights went off. You dont know my car better than me pal. Very rude, very prejudiced, and terrible at communication. Got an appointment at a different local shop in one sixth the time and with no problemsP Maybe hell do the world a favor and win a heart attack on bingo night. 1/10

Made me wait more 1 hour before he LOOKED . Broken hose He had no idea how to repair ( thinking more to make $1 repair $1000 ratio .Long talk about car History ,plate renewal , accident Not original parts......went elsewhere and half hour $75 The repair was done. Money minded only . This is a shark not A mechanic....

We would have gladly gone over the work done and answered any questions you had. We always obtain customer approval before completing any work on a vehicle. An estimate is always discussed. The car you had purchased was not safe to drive considering it had sat unused for an extended period, rotted and had broken bleader screws, rusted brake rotors/drums/brake shoes. worked for the mechanic so I figured he give me good deal but nope way over charged and did a complete brake job that wasn't necessary I'm talking calipers everything now even then on a compact car full brake job should never be 1000 bucks of you want the typical rip off mechanic this is it
